North Kerrier East Primary Care Network
North Kerrier East Primary Care Network works to support Primary Care GP practices of Leatside Health Centre and Veor Surgery across Redruth and Camborne, in the area of West Cornwall. We are part of the West Integrated Care Area.
At North Kerrier East Primary Care Network, we aim to:
- Improve Patient Experience;
- Improve Population Health:
- Use our resources efficiently and effectively.
A PCN has four key functions:
- co-ordinate, organise and deploy shared resources to support and improve resilience and care delivery at both PCN and practice level;
- improve health outcomes for its patients through effective population health management and reducing health inequalities;
- target resource and efforts in the most effective way to meet patient need, which includes delivering proactive care; and
- collaborate with others to provide better care, as part of an integrated neighbourhood team.
North Kerrier Primary Care Network (PCN) is an NHS collaboration between 2 GP practices. We provide quality NHS healthcare services to 25,294 patients (as of the 1st of January 2024) and aim to support and connect with our local community.
Our Primary Care Network has formed a Company called Crofty Primary Care Services Ltd enabling us to access more funding opportunities.
Our GP practices are located in Redruth and Camborne. We all work together to give our patients a choice over where they visit, who they see and the services available. See below the GP practices that are part of our network:

What are primary care networks?
The Primary Care Network (PCN) brings GP practices together with our local services to look after patients across the local area. Putting our patients and local residents first, our surgeries within the PCN work together to improve standards across our locations, services, teams and pharmacies.
